At Lingerie-Hub, customer satisfaction is always our top priority.
Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly reference the size chart on the product page.
Customers can contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
How to Start a Return 1. Email to customer service: firstname.lastname@example.org including:
Order number, the question you want to solve together with picture of product if necessary.

2. Get authorization from Customer Service.
3. Get coupon or refund.
Tracking number is required to complete the return. It will facilitate for us to track your return status and process your return. Please note the provided tracking number must be trackable.
4. Take your refund/exchange when the package is received. The fund will be back to your original card or paypal account within 3 working days after we have received the returned item.
Return & Exchange Policy
1. Items should not be worn nor washed and the label should be attached.
2. We are responsible for all the following defective item within 30 days of delivery: ripped or torn before wearing, obvious color difference(please allow some chromatism), major difference between the photographed product and the product received.
3. If buyer has chosen the wrong size/color or doesn’t like the item (item is not faulty), we can allow refund/exchange once we receive the returned products.
4. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
5. Lingerie-Hub cannot refund or be responsible for any fees not paid to us, which includes customs taxes or VAT.
1. Please offer us the tracking number after you returned the parcel, then we can track the shipping, then can inform you and do refund/exchange timely for you.
2. Please do not make returns directly to the address on the received package. Please only send to the address that our customer service provides. Any return or exchange will be valid when it is accepted by us.
